Orders are shipped each Wednesday. All orders placed before 10:00 am MST on Wednesday will normally ship same day. Any order placed after that time will ship on the following Wednesday. We do not ship on national holidays, Utah state holidays, or weekends, so if you place an order on a holiday or after 10 am on Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Wednesday. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders to be received, but note that further delays are possible due to customs. USPS first class mail does not provide international tracking, so you may also need to check with your local post office to receive your package.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We do not provide refunds or accept returns of any of our products. Be sure to check our tee shirt size chart to make sure you order the correct size. Under most circumstances, we do not provide exchanges. If there has been an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, for example) we will work with you to get the issue resolved. If the return is a result of our error then we will pay the shipping cost in the domestic United States. If an exchange is agreed upon by Beauty Redefined, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs outside of incorrect or defective orders. *Please note this does not include international returns. All international returns must be paid by the customer. If you need to return an item due to a defect or incorrect shipment, simply send an email to contact@morethanabody.org and let us know the reason for your return, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

In the case that an exchange is accepted, we will only replace the exact item and quantity that was originally purchased. Do not send your items back to us before sending us an email and describing your issue. We will then provide further instruction.
